Training
Visit North Yorkshire is partnering with the York and North Yorkshire Growth Hub and City of York Council on an initiative to deliver fully funded training and certification courses for tourism and hospitality businesses across North Yorkshire and York.
The courses on offer include:
- Mental Wellbeing in Hospitality
- Level 2 Food Hygiene and Safety for Catering
- Level 2 Food Allergen Awareness
- Managing Customer Conflict in Hospitality
- Licensing Law Awareness Training

Funding
Enterprise Nation and EDF Small Business, supported by NatWest and Square, are offering £25,000 in grant funding to help small businesses invest in a greener future.
- Five businesses will each receive a £5,000 sustainability grant
- Five business owners will also win a workplace electric vehicle charger
